1. Your songs stay on your phone
Songs you load (including any song you load to copy its sound) are processed on your own device. They are never uploaded or stored by us.
2. The AI box (“Tell it what you want”)
When you use it, the text you type plus basic sound measurements and the app’s current settings (never the audio itself) are sent through our Cloudflare server to Google Gemini to understand your request. We don’t store it beyond the temporary processing needed to answer. Google’s privacy policy applies to what Google receives. Please don’t type personal information.
3. Feedback messages
If you use “Tell Thunderclap”, we save your message, any name or email you choose to add, your star rating, the page you were on, and your browser type. Your IP address is used only to limit spam and abuse. We collect this so we can read your feedback and reply. It is never sold or shared. Your song is never sent. Want your message deleted? Just ask through the same form.
4. Hosting
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may log your IP address and basic request data (like time and page) for security and to run the site.
5. On your device
The app uses your browser’s local storage only to remember app preferences (like whether you’ve seen the tutorial). It stays on your device.
6. What we don’t do
No accounts. No ads. No tracking cookies. We don’t sell or share your data.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
