1. Accepting these terms
By using Thunderclap Master (“the app”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Free, as is
The app is free and provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, results or sound quality, or that the app will always work or be available without interruption or errors.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunderclap Original and Rod Jones are not liable for any lost files, damaged or changed audio, lost profits or income, hearing or equipment damage, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from using the app. Because the app is free, our total liability for any claim is $0 (not more than the amount you paid us, which is $0).
4. Your music and your rights
You are responsible for having the rights to every audio file you load, including any song you load to copy its sound, and for anything you release. Don’t use the app to infringe anyone’s copyright or other rights.
5. AI suggestions
Auto Master, Copy the sound and the AI in “Tell it what you want” give automatic suggestions. They can be wrong. You decide what to keep and release. Always listen before releasing.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Thunderclap Original and Rod Jones from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your use of the app, the audio you load or release, or your breaking these Terms.
7. Third-party services
The app uses outside services, including Google Gemini (for the AI box) and Cloudflare (hosting). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Changes and access
We may restrict or end access to the app for anyone who misuses it or sends abusive content, at our discretion. We may change, pause or discontinue the app, or update these Terms, at any time. Using the app after a change means you accept the new Terms.
9. Ownership
The Thunderclap Master name, branding and code belong to Thunderclap Original. You may not copy, resell or republish the app. Your songs stay yours.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA.
11. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
